It’s Friday. I want to punch the air with my fist in excitement. It was a long week and I’m thrilled that the weekend is here. Well, almost here. Is it just me, or do Fridays feel like “the weekend?” It’s probably because I’m done with class at 10am. I’m definitely not looking forward to the day when I’ll have to work past 5pm on Friday. But, I have another year and a half left in college, so I’m going to enjoy it, dammit!

I tried to eat an entire bag of green beans before they went bad. I think I was too late.

Can I be honest with you? I literally have nothing to write. I’ve been doing a totally lame job at capturing my daily eats, I’ve had no profound thoughts or realizations lately, I don’t have any fun recipes, and I’ve pretty much been eating the same things every day. I’m totally not complaining because my food lately has been outstandingly delicious, but it can get kind of boring for you guys since your tastebuds can’t partake in the fun.

YES, fridays = the weekend in my book too! The first couple of years in college I ALWAYS got stuck with Friday afternoon labs but this year I have lucky enough to have to class on fridays! Ugh I don’t think I am going to adjust well to working fridays in the real world!

See, I’m actually used to having no school on Fridays! Now I just have one 9-10am class so it isn’t too bad, but I much prefer three day weekends

Friday used to be my favorite day of the week, but you’re right that it sucks once you start working! Fridays make me want to go home, curl up into a ball, and watch TV until I pass out at like 10pm ha. College me would be so ashamed.

Fresh green beans are one of my absolute favorite vegetables to roast. I cannot get enough of them! I suppose that is a good thing, right?
