That stupid title is my play on the movie “Happy Feet.” Except instead of tap dancing with my feet, my food has been tap dancing in my mouth all day.
Pleeeeasseeee just pretend that this makes an inkling of sense. (News flash: it doesn’t.)
What to the evs. Whatevs.
But you guys? I had one of those magical days where every single bite of food is amazing. It surrrriously makes me realize how much of a joy food is. It’s my number one favorite thing. Family and friends and boyfriend and you guys tie for second. Kiiiiiiding.
Kind of.
Breakfast! Eaten pre-workout! Overnight oats: 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup plain ff Chobani, 1/3 cup skim milk + 1 banana + pom seeds
Post-workout snack! More Chobani + a kiwi + frozen pineapple
Snack! Packed and eaten after my midterm. 2 brown rice cakes + 2 pieces light string cheese + veg
Lunch! My new fave thing ever. Like ever ever. Tortilla + 1/3 cup beans + 1/3 cup quinoa + 1/4 avocado + spinach
Dinner! Another tortilla (Sonoma Carb Cutting, 60 calories) + ground taco turkey + more Chobani (so versatile!) + 1/4 avocado
Dessert was an apple and another rice cake. Mmm Mmm.
Okay, I know that all of my eats look stupid simple, but I was so incredibly satisfied by each and every bite. I might eat the exact same things tomorrow. Seriously can’t wait!!
My life is so wild

I’m loving tortilla meals lately too, and I LOVE La Tortilla Factory tortillas! Guilt-free fo sho. And I can’t believe how luscious the Chobani looks in the pic with the kiwi & pineapple…it’s that magic lens!!
